Figures show how much help Missourians got after historic flooding

WASHINGTON - The federal government has released figures on how much money Missourians have gotten after historic flooding along the Missouri and Mississippi rivers.

Residents received nearly $128 million over the past year. The money came from agencies like FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the National Flood Insurance Program.

While most of the money to went flood-ravaged areas in 2019, some federal funds went to cities impacted by severe storms and tornadoes.
